On October 18th (Sun), we are going to have a TARUIKA(King of squid) METAL exhibition
at ISHIGURO in Narumi(Aichi pref. in Japan) to take orders for our products.
The hours for that exhibition is from 1:00PM to 6:00PM.
We are going to display jigs and rods
which will be newly released in this Autumn.
And some other rods will be displayed as well.

Do you know ” Taru-ika” ?
Taru-ika is a kind of huge squid
you can meet in Wakasa bay
in Fukui pref. or Kyoto pref. in Japan.
Taru-ika fishing is a common sight
in Wakasa bay in the winter.
” OUDOROBOU ” is quite a popular rod
for squid fishing.
They quickly sold out last year and
had been out-of- stock, but…

We are often asked ” How is it like to catch Taru-ika?”
Sometimes it is really powerful
but usually it is very sensitive.
How well you can feel it is the key point
whether you can catch the squid or not.
The top of OUDOROBOU has a solid tip
which will not miss all the catch.
And to make the visibility well, the top rod is white,
and the thread is fluorescent orange.
Including the top guide, guides are 5mm for the knot in PE line 8 Lb.
Another special feature is the spiral guide.
It makes easy to use the rod with PE line, and
you can feel the hit more directly.
Since 2015 model, it has a grip joint.
It is easy to carry the rod by using the grip joint.
