Place : Lake Biwa
Lure : GYROSTAR3.5

 

It was windy the day before
and Lake Biwa swelled on the day I went fishing.
However I caught fish in such conditions.
It was 55cm in length!!!

The lure I used was football jig + JYROSTAR3.5 inch.

The second fish for the day was caught
on football jig + JYROSTAR3.5 inch as well.

I heard that there are a lot of baitfish this year.
So I think it is effective to use a worm bait such as GYROSTAR
which imitates a baitfish as a jig trailer.

Lure : DaisySpin3/8
Short lift and drop action while reeling in the fishing line.
And keep moving your lure near the bottom and fish will take the bait. This technique is effective lately.
I am trying to solicit a reaction bite.

However fish will take the bait like the one on the picture.

Field report / BUNNY HOG

Lure : BUNNY HOG 6 / GERMAN JIG 3/8
 
 
 
Fishing before going to work.
Largemouth bass swam into shallow waters.
I cast a little bit further from the fish
but the bait still attracted it.
 
 
GERMAN JIG stood up and BUNNY HOG moved naturally.
As the largemouth bass swam closer to the bait,
I moved it a little bit. And the fish took the bait!!

I like the standing posture of German Jig.
I use German Jig when I want to give the trailer more natural movement for long time.
