Winter brings cooler and clearer water.
When it’s extremely cold and the water is clear,

As I was impressed by Yama P’s(Lake Biwa fishing guide) field report, I went night fishing.
I cast Iron shad / # SCUPPERNONG + SWIM JIG 1/4.
Big bass hit it but the tail was bit off.
After a while, the full moon disappeared behind the clouds.
I chose Iron Shad # Chart and cast it.
The color was effective and I had a bite.
I set a hook firmly and could land the fish!!

Cast Moon Curly3″ + Jighead 3g and searched for fish.
Soon after I started fishing, I caught two Marbled Rockfish.
That was a good start but afterwards fish stopped biting.
When I was thinking about going home, I had a bite!!
I thought it was marbled rockfish and it pulled the fishing line quite strongly. It was Flathead.
As I though I wasn’t able to catch nice-size flathead, I was really happy to catch it.
