I went fishing the day after that.
Portio is great for fishing in tough conditions.
It took me only 30 minutes to catch winter bass.
Winter bass fishing in general is tough but it can be easy when you know which lure to use.

Cast DEESCO in the shallow, and retrieved.
Over 50cm long bass was caught.

Cast and retrieved quickly.
Caught two largemouth bass on DEESCO 3/4.
They were 54cm and 46cm long.

Squid fishing in Fukui prefecture.
I don’t know why but I’ve found that squid get more excited and bite during a downpour.
We had no bites when the rain let up, and we had a lot of bites during a downpour.
We caught plenty of squid in the rain and were happy with the result.
