Night fishing for Black rockfish.
When it got dark, I started fishing.
Cast my lure, but squid took the bait.

I couldn’t concentrate on fishing because of many Squid bites.
After catching one fish on SEA COWBOY3.5, I move to another fishing point, a fishing port which has sandy soils.
Let my lure swim to locate fish, but fish were not responding at all.
I cast GYROSTAR 3.5 inch / 5g jighead rig and let it fall around vertical structures.
I had bites and caught Black rockfish and bullhead which were about 20cm ～ 34cm.

Gyrostar 3.5 has great action in the water even when it falls.
It is a versatile lure.

 

Nice fish caught on GS BLADON!
It was over 50cm in length.
He used slow retrieve technique and at the depth of 4.5m
it took the bait on weed flats!

I read an online fishing report ,
“Fishing the tip of Atsumi Peninsula.”
Results for a lot of horse mackerel”

I prepared AJI( horse mackerel) DOROBOU SERIES worms for catching horse mackerel and went to Atsumi Peninsula, but not the tip of it.
Sadly I couldn’t find any schools of horse mackerel there, but instead, I caught rockfish on PIROPIRO shad.
They responded well and I caught 6 of them!!

 

 

They were not so big, but I got a lot more confident in rockfish fishing than I used to.
I will use AJI DOROBOU SERIES worms for light salt game fishing and catch different species of fish.
