Field report from Lake Biwa fishing guide Mr. Yasui.

It was a chilly spring day but the G-Crawler5.8 / Neko rig worked well as usual.
I gave it a long pause and caught some bigger fish which were over 50cm(58cm, 55cm, 53cm).
As spring has just started and the water temperature is still low.
The important key to catching bass is giving your lure a very long pause.

Movie shoot on a nice spring day.
Lake Biwa fishing guide Yama P(Norihito Yamashita)
caught 9 largemouth bass.6 of them were over 50 cm in length!!

 

 
In the morning, fishing the bottom with Bellows Stick was really effective.
Leaf Shrimp didn’t work well in the morning but when it got windy in the afternoon,it worked well.
