Date : June 28(Wednesday)
Place : Ishinomaki port in Miyagi prefecture / Japan
Lure : Ajidorobou series / PiroPiro shad, Orenta60

 

Light game fishing after work.
I caught rockfish on PiroPiro shad(# NEON IWASHI).

 

 
I saw big fish catching its prey at the surface of the ocean.
I cast ORENTA 60 long distance to where the fish was catching its prey.
Soon it took the bait. As I used a rod for light game fishing,
the strong bite pulled my rod hard!!
It was a nice sized seabass, about 60 cm in length.

Orenta 60 is great.
It works well and can be used in saltwater as well.

Field report / Caught 3 nice largemouth bass!!

Lure : Gyro Gill 80 / G-Crawler

 

Caught 3 nice largemouth bass!!

 

① Lure : Gyro Gill 80
Shallow fishing.
Targeted shady areas, cast Gyro Gill 80.
Largemouth bass grabbed it.

Shallow fishing around overhanging trees.
Nice, fat largemouth bass hit the bite!

Targeted near break lines.
Let it swim naturally at mid depth in the water(It is called “mid-strolling” in Japan).
Nice bass took the bite again!!

Field report / Gyro Gill

Angler : Mr. Sakita
Place : Lake Satsuma
Lure : Gyro Gill 80

Fishig Lake Satsuma.
Just cast Gyro Gill 80 up to the cover edge and retrieved slowly.
Suddenly fish hit the bait !!
It was my first of the day.
Fishing with Gyro Gill was really exciting.

 

 

 

I picked a slightly deeper area with cover and cast Gyro Gill again.
I had a bite when I was tracing the lure.
Gyro Gill has a line through system. It worked well!!!
