Punching!

Mr. Kitajima had several bites, but due to the wind,

he couldn’t catch them in the morning.

He had hard time but…

Finally he caught one!
Punching cover, using BURGLAR.

He catches a lot of fish using punching technique in Florida,

but this was the first time for him to get one by using the

technique in Lake Biwa.

Close!

Mr. Kitajima had bites twice in a row.

He retrieved BURGLAR without a sinker along the surface of

water to create a splash effect(buzzing).

They were in view and big, but unfortunately they went away.

It was a bit disappointing,

but now we know big ones are around us.

When we came to the shallow water area

where we couldn’t use the trolling motor,

we kept the trim up and went forward.

On the shallow water

Trying on the really shallow water where we hardly

get any wind.

Fishing on the shallow water at the depth of less than one meter.

If you look at the trolling motor in the picture,

you can see that the fixed-position of trolling motor shaft

is higher.

Doing like this, the trolling motor will not touch ground

when the boat goes in shallow water,

Incidentally, the trolling motor was set like this before starting

in the morning on the first day.

He does shallow fishing mainly in Florida.

He keeps his own way of fishing here in Lake Biwa as well.
